Welcome! Thank you for your interest in Fabevy

These Terms of Service (the “ToS”) applies with respect to the usage of the Platform (defined hereinafter) and the services offered Fabevy Software Service Private Limited (“Fabevy Software Services ”, “Fabevy”, “we”, or “us”), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, as amended and having its registered office at AV Complex, 10/210A, First Floor, Surandai Main Road, Pavoorchatram, Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu 627808. Fabevy Software Services Pvt Ltd conducts its business under the brand titled “Fabevy”, which is owned and operated by Fabevy Software Services Pvt Ltd. In these ToS, the term “Fabevy” shall mean Fabevy Software Services Pvt Ltd. These Terms of Service shall mutatis mutandis apply to mobile apps, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, Instagram pages, Facebook pages, email/SMS/phone communications and other communication forums/media hosted by Fabevy, which shall be deemed to be part of the Platform (defined hereinafter). Your usage of the Fabevy Services (defined hereinafter) is subject to your explicit acceptance of these ToS. The terms contained in our privacy policy available at (“Privacy Policy”), or any other policy of Fabaevy related to the Fabevy Services are incorporated into these ToS by this reference. Your acceptance of the same will irrevocably and unconditionally bind you to comply with and abide by all the obligations and conditions stipulated herein (unless otherwise explicitly made optional). After your initial confirmation/consent, you will be assumed to continue consenting to these ToS until you explicitly withdraw your consent by notifying Fabevy of the same in writing. If an executed agreement exists between You and Fabevy in relation to the Fabevy Services, any deviations from these ToS shall only apply when explicitly agreed in writing between the parties to such an agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL CONDITIONS/CLAUSES CAPTURED IN THESE TOS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.

Updation of Terms

These ToS may be updated, amended, modified or revised by us from time to time. Each such updation or modification to the ToS will be communicated to you via email, through the Website or any other medium. Your continued use of the Fabevy Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. We encourage you to refer to these ToS from time to time to ensure that you are aware of any additions, revisions, amendments or modifications that we may have made.

Access to Fabevy resources

During your time with Fabevy, you would have access to multiple people/ resources that help you learn better. The access policy may vary across those.

Following is the policy for each of those resources:

  • Class recordings / Recording of mentor sessions : We guarantee access to all recordings till 6 months post-completion of your last mandatory class with Fabevy (as part of the program you joined), subject to the terms herein (including without limitation those on termination).
  • Mentors: You will have access to schedule 1:1 mentor guidance sessions for a total of 8 sessions. However, the access to schedule these sessions is not forever. All sessions not scheduled to happen till 3-month post-completion of your last mandatory class with Fabevy(as part of the program you joined) lapse. In other words, you cannot schedule any mentor session post the last mandatory class time + 3 months.
  • Mock Interviews through Experts: You get a total of 2 mock interviews through experts. Similar to the 1:1 mentor guidance sessions, Expert mock interviews can only be taken till 15 days post-completion of your last mandatory class. In other words, you cannot do any mock interview post the last mandatory class time + 15 days unless or otherwise recommended by the mentors as per your learning abilities.
  • Fabevy Support: Fabevy support is available to you throughout your Fabevy journey even when you have paused your course. You can also seek help from the community in Whatsapp groups and chances are that you will find help from peers / other learners (Disclaimer: Fabevy does not guarantee a response from other learners/peers on these groups and other peer discussion forums) Community Groups: You will continue to have access to the community groups created by Fabevy forever (unless for some reason, the platforms themselves cease to exist - for example, Whatsapp shuts down, then Fabevy does not have any liability).
  • Assignments / Notes: You will continue to have access to your assignments and notes taken during the Fabevy course forever.
  • Career opportunities: Learners at Fabevy are connected to relevant job opportunities through the following channels:
  • Community groups: where an alumni/peer/mentor/TA might post job opportunities and can connect you if there is relevance. Recruiters discover you through the Fabevy Talenz portal. If they find your profile interesting, they try to get in touch with you. Finally, there are a set of companies that Fabevy might work with directly to help them hire. In such an engagement, there is an internal Fabevy team that helps facilitate connections to hiring companies. Help from this channel is not available once you have completed 3 months’ post-completion of your last mandatory class (as part of the program you enrolled in).

    It is important to note that Fabevy does only take placement assistance for those trainees who completes the course curriculum and projects as per trainer’s expectations. We cannot guarantee you with placement as a mandatory obligation.

    Notwithstanding the above, Fabevy may discontinue access to the resources set out herein for learners who have completed its Programs, provided that such learners will be given a 30-day notice to download all assignments attempted, code, and all notes taken. Fabevy also has the right to withdraw access to the above resources if you withdraw from the course, breach the ToS set out herein, or in the event of termination or suspension of your account.

Program Change

Fabevy allows a one time Program Change within 15 days from their onboarding Session to newly onboarded learners. Program Change is to help learners who might have made an error in judgement during enrolment. Program Change allows Students to migrate from one course to another and vice-versa.

Any learner can not change their program once the 15 day period has expired. Any changes requested post 15 days shall be chargeable at an amount determined by Fabevy in its sole discretion, and such amount may be updated from time to time, exclusive of applicable taxes, and shall be subject to Fabevy’s specific approval.

Support

Fabevy offers online support tools. Registered students can reach us on our batch co-ordinator helpline number available . You can also contact our support team by emailing us at hello@fabevy.com. Fabevy shall use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to your request for support, or to fix any problems you may be having, as is applicable. Any suggestions by Fabevy to you regarding use of the Platform shall not be construed as a warranty.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

You may opt out of or withdraw from Programs subscribed by you and seek a refund for the fees already paid in relation thereto, provided the Customer informs us in writing regarding the same and seeks the refund of fees paid prior to the expiry of the Refund Window (as detailed in the table below). The Refund Window is calculated from the date of the first class/session of the relevant Program subscribed by the Customer. We shall not entertain any requests related to refund of fees after the expiry of the Refund Window which is 7 days from first class, along with applicable discontinuation charges applicable as per tax policies and learning infrastructure usage and based on part of installment payment made. Your access to Fabevy resources will cease upon your withdrawal from the course, notwithstanding anything contained herein.

To request for refund, you are required to send an email to hello@fabevy.com with Subject line: Requesting Refund / Cancellation of enrolment within the Refund Window.

IT MUST BE NOTED, THAT NOTWITHSTANDING THE MODE OF PAYMENT USED FOR PAYING THE FEES, THE REFUND SHALL ALWAYS BE MADE TO A BANK ACCOUNT (AS PER THE DETAILS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER) THROUGH NEFT/IMPS/RTGS OR SUCH OTHER FACILITY AS DEEMED FIT BY INTERVIEWBIT. WE MAY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS (WHICH MAY INCLUDE A CANCELLED CHEQUE PERTAINING TO THE BANK ACCOUNT OF THE CUSTOMER) TO VERIFY YOUR CREDENTIALS AND DETAILS OF THE BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE INITIATING THE REFUND. WE SHALL STRIVE TO PROCESS THE REFUNDS WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION FROM YOU IN THIS REGARD. We do not provide refunds for the lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the Program or for any reason whatsoever after the expiry of the Refund Window.
